We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, resourceful and committed Café Assistant to work in our Café and Work Skills Centre (3 Café & Kitchen)
3 Café & Kitchen is based at Three Ways School (Three Ways School is an Academy Trust, operating as a generic Community Special School) and offers supported work experience placements to pupils with Special Educational Needs, whilst operating as a community hub that is open to the public 5 days a week during term time.
Applicants will need to be adaptable, confident and have experience of working within a café or restaurant setting and preferably have experience of working alongside pupils with special educational needs.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, term time (including all school training days) from 12pm – 3pm.

The hours of work are: Teaching Assistant - Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 3.30pm, term time only (including all school training days). We are looking for part time Teaching Assistants and are flexible on the days worked
The salary range for the posts is SCP 5-10 £23,500 - £25,545 pa pro rata – starting salary will normally be the post minimum (Hourly rates £12.18 - £13.24)

We are looking to expand our bank of Supply Teaching Assistants.
Supply Teaching Assistants will work on a casual supply basis to cover for staff absences, and may be called at short-notice. You will be adaptable, confident and preferably have experience of working in a school with pupils with special educational needs although training and full induction is given. Supply Teaching Assistants will be paid on hourly rate of approx. £11.18 per hour for the actual hours worked. We are ideally looking for people who are able to cover from 8.30am to 3.30pm and who could come in to cover absence if called from 7.30am.

We cannot guarantee a set amount of cover per week, although in general those on the supply list have been utilised on a regular basis.
